Customized and On-Demand Products

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

As we are a 3D printing shop, most of our products are custom-made. We do not accept returns on custom-made products (custom designs, engraved names, or specifically requested colors) unless they have manufacturing defects or were damaged during shipping.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Products printed in resin or filament must not have been painted, sanded, or modified by the customer.

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

In its original packaging.

Items exempt from return:

Gift cards.

Custom orders with unique customer specifications.

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Replacements

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Due to the nature of 3D printing (FDM/SLA), small support marks or layer lines are inherent to the process and are not considered manufacturing defects. Refunds will only be accepted if the part has serious structural defects or errors in the requested design.

Damaged Items (Shipping Guarantee)

If your product arrives broken due to shipping (3D printing can be fragile), you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and the damaged part. In this case, we will manufacture and ship a replacement part at no additional cost.

Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged through our responsibility. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at: {email_de_tu_clinica_o_tienda}.

Return Shipments

To return your product, you must send it to: Carretera Andratx nº11, Calvia, Mallorca, 07181.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If the refund is approved, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the total.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
