    1. What type of files do I need to order a custom print?

    To manufacture your design, we need a file in .STL, .OBJ, or .STEP format. If you don't have the file but have the idea or a link to a repository (like Thingiverse or Cults3D), you can send it to us and we'll take care of the rest.

    2. What materials do you use to manufacture your products?

    We primarily work with two technologies:

    • FDM (Filament): We use PLA, PETG and high-strength technical materials, ideal for large parts, supports or mechanical parts.

    • Resin (SLA): Perfect for miniatures, collectible figures and pieces that require an extreme level of detail and a smooth surface.

    3. How long will it take for my order to be ready?

    Thanks to the high-speed technology we use with the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon, we can reduce manufacturing times without sacrificing quality. The estimated timeframes are:

    • Express Service (Keychains and small parts): Thanks to the speed of our machines, these orders are usually manufactured in less than 24 hours.

    • Standard orders (Figures, stands, gamer accessories): Usually ready within 2 to 3 business days.

    • High-volume projects (Cosplay helmets or armor): Being an industrial-grade printer, we can optimize large parts within 7 to 10 days, depending on the complexity and finish requested.

    4. Do the pieces come painted or finished?

    By default, the pieces are delivered in the color of the chosen material. However, we offer post-processing services (sanding and priming) so that the piece is ready for painting, or even professional final paint finishes if required. But they would be charged separately from the printing.

    5. Do you ship to all of Spain?

    Yes, we ship to the entire peninsula and Balearic Islands with protected packaging to ensure that your pieces arrive in perfect condition, however delicate they may be.

    6. What if my design is too large for your printers?
